• Psychological theories of presentation engagement, including understanding the key attributes of inspirational speakers and the power of emotion
• Creating vocal and visual images of competence to enhance your personal impact
• Using psychological persuasion techniques to structure content and improve engagement

Preparing to Present

• Banishing nerves and harnessing inner confidence to perform at your best
• Structuring presentations to engage and retain an audience’s attention, curiosity, and interest
• Using PowerPoint to enhance your message instead of overtaking the presentation

In the Moment

• Skills and strategies to deliver powerful and memorable presentations
• Notes, script, ad-lib and PowerPoint advice and techniques
• Handling difficult questions confidently

Putting it into Practice

• Presenting will conclude the programme, with helpful feedback to support improvement (presentations are recorded for learning and evaluation)
