We provide our YAFFS file system, which was developed specifically for use with NAND and NOR Flash chips. It is log-structured and so robust, compact, efficient, fast to boot, has a small RAM footprint and is endian-neutral. It is easily ported for embedded applications, having a wide range of POSIX-style functions, and is widely used around the world in high-volume products. Good documentation is available. It is free of charge for use under the GNU Public Licence, GPL, and we sell Licences where GPL is not appropriate.  See www.yaffs.net
