Coaching for action
Coaching here is presented more as a process than as content. We propose to convene peer-to-peer conversations that inspire calls to action after the programme. This will help individuals to develop their impact and effectiveness in a context of continuous development.
This is best done in a coaching frame, as we view coaching as a high-level leadership skill. We will introduce the key aspects of coaching as a skill, as process (the GROW model) and as a mindset
Very good examples and live interactions. Good chance to learn from each other
Enjoyed the course a lot. Plenty to reflect on and digest. I've gained some useful skills I can apply at work
