Line Management Skills
Overview
Line managers, supervisors and team leaders have a challenging time and can often feel under pressure from all sides. This includes their own team members and senior managers, as well as customers. Support to help them feel more confident in their ability to manage, encourage, and inspire others is of paramount importance, especially when they may be managing both in-office and remote staff.
This workshop is designed to capture the key knowledge and skills required to manage effectively in a full or hybrid environment. Within this contemporary style of line management, staff need empathy, motivation, guidance, and delegation, and in many cases careful performance management.
I have already applied some of the techniques, and feel more confident going forward. It was well paced and fun.
