The new centre, a collaboration between University of Cambridge, AstraZeneca and Shionogi, aims to stimulate the development of a sustained pipeline of new products and services for digital transformation of chemical synthesis. For SMEs it is the opportunity to adopt AI as well as develop new products for the emerging DMT markets.
A variety of new tools are required to support the transformation of chemistry into the fully digital domain: data science, data standardisation, algorithms for discovery and development, robotic equipment, automated analytical chemistry, digital process twins and many more.
In this webinar you will hear about the types of project the Centre will support, and what the implications of these projects might be for industry.
Speaker: Prof Alexei Lapkin, Director of the Innovation Centre for Digital Molecular Technologies.
The session will take place at 4pm - 5pm on Thursday 14th January. Please sign up to take part! Participants will be sent a link to join via Zoom prior to the start time.
