Products and services
Finishing
Durable, stretch and scratch resistant finishes for metal products.
Depending on the desired finish and specification you require - PCML have the ability to apply a range of different finishes to your parts, components and products.
- Wet Paint Spray
Wet paint is a surface coating method, and a frequent go-to for high-specification, detailed finishes.
- Powder Coating
Powder coating is an excellent alternative to wet paint and offers a superb, durable finish to metal products and other suitable materials.
- Electroless Nickel Plating
Predominately used for high-tech industrial products - Electroless Nickel Plating is a chemical process which uses different formulas and compounds to create an even coating on the surface of your chosen material.
- Grained
For a metal with a unidirectional, decorative finish, produced by graining metal with an abrasive belt.
- Polished
Polishing and buffing processes are used to smooth surfaces using an abrasive and a work wheel or a leather strap.
