Housing Capacity

When it comes to housing, the problems we face as a nation are well versed. Generational neglect when it comes to housebuilding has left us at crisis point.

Our cities are swelling, our population ageing and prices rising so rapidly that home-ownership is unlikely to be a reality for a growing number of young people. In the UK, we do not have enough homes of the right tenure.
