Business Model Canvas: An agile approach to planning growth

Do you have a clear roadmap for your business that helps drive decision-making, engages investors and attracts customers?

The business model canvas is a useful and easy tool you can use to describe many of the elements that go into building your business in a simple yet structured way. Constructing a canvas (and revising it regularly) can lead to you discovering new insights about your customers and how you develop relationships with them, through which channels, using the core elements of your value propositions. It also helps you to identify the financial constraints of your business and what assets, relationships and partnerships you may need to deliver on your promise.
