About Cambridgeshire Community Foundation
We are a charity dedicated to supporting communities across Cambridgeshire. We work with generous organisations and individuals to award grants to local charities, sports clubs, schools, and community groups, ensuring that even the smallest of community projects get the chance of receiving funding to make a difference at the local level.
Since 2004, we have supported over 10,000 projects through a total of over £32 million in grants, making a difference in areas such as youth development, homelessness, health and reducing loneliness.

How your participation will make a difference
Your support will help us continue to fund vital projects in Cambridgeshire, such as Concrete Rose's 'Room to Spare' initiative. It provides safe, supportive homes for vulnerable young care leavers, who often face homelessness and instability. They are not only offered a roof over their heads, but also the guidance and care they need to thrive as they enter adulthood.

How to register your team
Email events@cambscf.org.uk to register. Please share team and player names. Please also advise if any players are members of Girton Golf Club.
We look forward to welcoming you on Friday 4th October for a day of golf, giving, and community spirit.
