The pandemic and economic downturn have disproportionately affected working women - from an additional childcare burden to a more precarious job market - and a new set of challenges have arisen for women. This may be a short-term trend but it can only exacerbate differences in career progress between the genders.
With this in mind, the Executive MBA programme at Cambridge Judge Business School is collaborating with other leading UK Business Schools - Imperial College Business School, London Business School and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford - to host an online event with a panel of alumnae to discuss how a business degree can help women (and men) in their careers.
