Event details:

Due to the UK government’s anti-avoidance tax legislation designed to tax 'disguised' employment (“IR35”), the use of external staff via contracts for work/services has become significantly more restrictive. Particularly in times when many companies are starting to recover following the Corona crisis and the labour market is in a huge state of flux, the need for flexible staffing solutions is high.

Together with the software specialists from Outerscore and Vicoland, the managed service provider for staffing solutions Randstad Sourceright and the legal experts from the international law firm Taylor Wessing, we would like to provide an overview of the current rules for the legally compliant use of external staff under IR35 and initial market trends following IR35 go-live in our webinar. In addition, we would like to present (tool-based) solutions that offer further assistance in the efficient and legally compliant use of external staff.

Agenda:

  • IR35 – Where are we and what are the issues? (Taylor Wessing UK, Paul Callaghan & Joe Aiston)
  • Recruitment Lense- Trends from the IR35 Implementation 2021 (Randstad Sourceright, Marianne Fenner & Emma Johansson)
  • How to digitize compliance requirements (Outerscore, Dr. Olaf Paetz)
  • Legally compliant use of external staff in teams (Vicoland, Hans-Ulrich von Freyberg & Niklas Lieb)

We look forward to your participation!
