This is a taster of a workshop we plan to introduce to our programme in September. The workshop is for learners who want to develop a global mindset and improve their communication when working across cultures.
The course aims to:
- Discover what is required to foster a more global mindset,
- Explore cultural dimensions and how we can use them to increase our understanding of other cultures,
- Learn how we can adapt and adjust our communication styles to successfully communicate with colleagues and customers globally
The course is run by Yasmin Hanspall who has a wealth of international experience teaching English, delivering training in customer service, intercultural communication and conscious inclusion. Yasmin has helped many people and teams learn and develop their cross-cultural communication skills to improve their personal and professional relationships and their customers’ experience.
