GetMeFit Wellbeing: Deskilates

15 minutes of movement at your desk during your lunch break can make all the difference. Cat (our resident Pilates teacher) has designed a low impact 15 minute desk stretch, suitable for all levels. 

The session is focussed on stretching the parts of the body that really suffer from being sat at a desk for long periods (thoracic spine, neck, glutes) and improving posture to prevent back/neck pain by strengthening your core muscles. We all know that sitting is the new smoking!
