How do we continue to foster and empower the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs?
Deeply embedded in the UK’s leading innovation and entrepreneurial ecosystem, Cambridge Enterprise supports the translation of University research to create globally leading economic and social impact
Join us at in the West Hub, the University's first shared working space within the West Cambridge Innovation District, to hear some of these impact stories and learn more about new initiatives and approaches to reduce the barriers to innovation and increase the acceleration of University impact.
Advancing Women Entrepreneurs
As a proud signatory of the Investing in Women Code, Cambridge Enterprise is actively committed to diversifying investment in University spin-outs. However, gender disparity persists in the teams pitching to our investment committee, which is echoed across the UK with only 27% of venture capital deals involving companies with at least one female founder, and a mere 9% feature all-female founder teams.
