We will review how to go about working with others from the IP perspective, including contracts and confidentiality agreements, building an IP strategy, preparing an IP policy, and IP matters relating to employees. The training will consider IP management, and provide a framework for establishing a robust practice in house.
This course should appeal to those embarking on the commercialisation of IP through licensing, sale, or joint venture activities, and also those who may want to review their own procedures. The course is primarily focused on techniques applicable for managing and commercialising technologies which are patentable and considering approaches for different companies and situations.
The course will be delivered via Zoom through two 90-minute sessions on consecutive days. Cost: £190 + VAT for both sessions, course manual and certificate of attendance.
