Practical Belbin Workshop (Cambridge)

A hands-on workshop to empower you to understand and use Belbin Team Roles - to help you, your managers, and colleagues to build effective teams and drive business performance.

Belbin Practical Day helps participants get hands on with the Belbin tools to help them understand how they can be applied to build effective teams in the workplace.

Belbin is a research-based and proven framework which promotes self-understanding, strengths-based working and more effective communication with colleagues and managers alike.  Belbin Team Roles help compose effective and successful teams, when forming new teams or fine-tune existing teams for high-performance.  Applying the practical Belbin framework can ensure that all individuals contributions to the team are harnessed to best effect.
