Resilience for mind, body, soul and purse

Resilience is often talked about but how do we build it and how does it apply to the different areas of your life?

Resiliency and mental health continue to be topics of much interest.

We are co-sponsoring Resilience for mind, body, soul and purse with Healthy Workplaces and our Workplace Wellbeing Hub.

This will be the second session of resiliency building events with one event each month with different speakers, for February you can join us on 8th Feb 11am-12noon online via Teams.

In these webinars, different speakers will explore resilience and wellbeing, how it can be nurtured and how it can improve our mental health. We will explore how wellbeing covers the ‘whole self’ and also look at how applying a resilient outlook can also benefit our finances as we adapt to the changing climate around us.
