As part of our Resilience Serise, we are running a 2 hour Skill-Shot on finding your purpose & growth mindset. Led by our Head of Wellbeing Jo Boyd, who will guide you through activties to help you:
- Understand resilience
- Learn how to develop resilience
- Start to identify your purpose
- Understand the difference between a fixed and a growth mindset
- Understand how a growth mindset can be advantageous in adverse situations
This 2-hour session will guide you through the important elements that make up resilience, and how you can stretch your ‘resilience muscle’. You start to identify your purpose and discuss the characteristics of a growth mindset in the face of change, which will help you to build your resilience further.
