Reward Leaders Forum

Rewarding Talent in a Fast-Changing World. Despite a slow start, spring finally seems to be making an appearance – and not just in flowers. Businesses are focussed on opening up, on growth, and on the future. This means yet another shift of gears for reward, and we’ve brought together experts in several areas to address some of the emerging questions.

Melanie James from Mills & Reeve will be sharing some guidance around opening back up, and the implications of hybrid/flexible working. How to review benefits in line with a new agile worksforce.

As well as heading back into the office (to some extent), a number of businesses are also looking outward to setting up offices in other countries. David Tourle from Chime Global Benefits has joined us to talk about some key considerations – and to offer some tips for setting up benefits plans in other locations.

And, finally, the changes of the last year or so have led to some significant changes to thinking about the things we’re rewarding people for. ESG focus has moved up the agenda for a lot of businesses – and for their employees and customers – at the same time as business success (for some) has been a significant challenge. This has brought some changes to thinking around bonus plans, and Vanessa Landreneau from Hummingbird Consulting will join us to talk through both key principles as well as emerging trends in bonus plan design.

This promises to be an interesting session, so come armed with questions (or feel free to send them in advance to be answered on the day). We’re looking forward to seeing you!

This event is for our members only. Please get in touch with Ruth Carter for more infomation and to book your place.
