This is the opportunity for business leaders to have open and confidential discussions (Chatham House Rules) about team performance and related topics. You as leaders set the agenda and our expert coaches / consultants will facilitate. You will gain insights and approaches that you can use to potentially resolve team dynamics or performance issues in a psychologically safe environment.The discussions and membership are totally confidential. Our company and coaches are bound by the ICF code of ethics. Initially we will run these sessions virtually, then hopefully as the COVID-19 rules relax we can do these in person to suit people's experience.
