Emocien is a management advisory service. It provides training and consultancy regarding the 'management' challenge of managing workplace mental health, from a leadership perspective.
As part of its legal obligations and strategic intent, leaders establish management systems to help achieve their goals. Common management systems relate to health and safety (ISO45001), quality (ISO9001) and the environmental (ISO14001). Leaders are not experts in these areas. But they are expected to invest in and operate such management systems. This is where Emocien can help - with the mental health management system.
