Future of Work

Squiggly careers, ultra inclusivity, AI, autonomous teams, ESG and hybrid collaboration are all shaping the way we work. With such big topics it can be difficult to know where to start when thinking about the practical implications for your own organisation... This event will provide a forum for debate along with new tools & techniques to start to build your own future blueprint. Our event is aimed at CEOs, HR Directors and those with accountability to lead & manage people - sorry, no consultants please.

OE Cam Future of Work event

Please join us for breakfast on Thurs 5th October at The Lighterman in Kings Cross to explore the Future of Work.

Our team of Business Psychologists will facilitate a series of interactive sessions covering four key areas:

  1. Employee Magnetism - rethinking the most powerful points in the employee experience; defining the 'moments that will matter' to attract, retain and develop talent
  2. Is AI the Elephant in the Room? - using AI as a current business challenge, we'll lead a storytelling session that explores where organisations are on their change journey and share our insights on leading people through unchartered territories
  3. Realising your Sustainability Ambitions - an exclusive look at OE Cam's new framework to understand the blockers and enablers to deliver your sustainability goals
  4. Embracing Roles with Fuzzy Edges - hiring for skills and building-in flexibility will be key to future success. We'll show you how to let go of the job description to embrace roles with fluid, fuzzy edges and still get stuff done!

Our event is aimed at CEOs, HR Directors and those with accountability to lead & manage people - and please do extend the invite if you'd like to bring a colleague along.

Our session runs from 8.30am until 11am with a light brunch served at 10am. In the run up to the event we will be posting top tips on our LinkedIn page so please do follow us.
