St John’s College is delighted to welcome Marshall Futureworx to St John’s Innovation Park, an integral part of the North Cambridge research and development cluster.
Coupled with the power of the Marshall brand, Marshall Futureworx is a standalone team of highly creative engineering talent established to leverage Marshall’s unique engineering skills, experience and reputation to identify and develop a new generation of products and services that address existing and future challenges.
The move to a second floor 2,880 sq ft suite within the Park’s Platinum Building will enable the team to grow its focus on harnessing emerging global trends, technology and partnership opportunities to create start-up enterprises where there is a need for new technologies within a 5-to-10-year timeframe, and a business model that enables that technology to come to market.
Target areas are based on certain mega-trends, and include answering challenges associated with net zero carbon in mobility, integrating AI in ground and air vehicles, and applying technology to support autonomous asset management, maintenance and repair.
