The award recognises the significant progress made by Intellegens in a year where its machine learning technology has been applied by a growing number of chemicals, materials, and life science research organisations, and the company has further developed its product, team, and infrastructure – including the opening of its new Cambridge Headquarters at Chesterton Mill.
“We’re delighted to be recognised in this way,” commented CEO Ben Pellegrini after collecting the award. “We know that Cambridge is a hotbed of life science, high tech manufacturing, and scientific software companies, many with an interest in AI, so it is great validation for us to be selected from among our peer group. I’d like to thank the Cambridge Independent and the award sponsors and, of course, the Intellegens Team and our customers and partners for their hard work and support on our scale-up journey.”
Intellegens develops advanced machine learning software, Alchemite™, that makes it much easier for R&D teams to extract value from real-world experimental and process data. Resulting product insights and reduced experimental workloads accelerate innovation in research-intensive industries such as chemicals, materials, and life sciences. Just in the last three months, Intellegens webinars have shared successes in additive manufacturing, food formulation, clean air applications, and biopharmaceuticals.
