Client Support Administrator

As the Client Support Administrator your day to day role would involve dealing with incoming enquiries from clients and dealing with individual cases which makes the position really interesting and varied.

As the Client Support Administrator you will be:

  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Working on various client projects
  • Interacting with clients on the phone and potentially and when they come into the office
  • Customer support and processing administration and paperwork

As the Client Support Administrator you will have

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Good with Microsoft office 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • A real passion for helping and working with others
