We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Graduate Programme Administrator to join our Graduate Programme Team. You will provide effective administration to ensure the smooth running of the graduate student recruitment and admissions process, efficient coordination of the student training programme, assessments and viva process, and accurate maintenance of graduate student records. You will need to review administrative processes regularly to ensure ongoing efficiency and effective support for the graduate programmes at the Institute.

About the role:
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to assist the Graduate Programme Manager with the operational delivery of the Institute’s MPhil and PhD Programmes. This will include:
You will have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, and will demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will need to be able to demonstrate initiative, and prioritise and manage your own workload, sometimes against competing deadlines, whilst exercising good judgment regarding when to seek further guidance.
