Redgate is looking for a Business Development Representative to support Redgate’s growing DACH presence through prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities for the Account Executive team. Reporting to the BDR Manager, you’ll fast become an expert in Redgate’s portfolio of database change management and operations solutions. 

Redgate is looking for a Business Development Representative to support Redgate’s growing DACH presence through prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities for the Account Executive team.

Reporting to the BDR Manager, you’ll fast become an expert in Redgate’s portfolio of database change management and operations solutions.

You will be responsible for proactively prospecting into new and existing accounts using both marketing and self-generated leads. Using a variety of platforms including phone and social media you will qualify those leads to a high standard and consequently generate new business opportunities for the existing Account Executive team in Germany.

What’s the package?

  • A great benefits package.
  • Salary is 45,000-55,000 EUR + OTE, depending on experience.
  • You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time.
