Which is why we need you! We need to reach our customers and prospects increasingly via digital channels, to complement our other marketing activities. Our digital marketing needs to feed our marketing funnel and develop relationships with new prospects and existing customers.

What we need you to do for us

In the first three months -

  • Hit the ground running, and quickly understand and maintain our approach to existing regular posts on LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Work closely with our marketing manager to get to know our brand and prospect / customer profile
  • Create and deliver a programme of social media communication to further build the Scott Bradbury brand and complement our marketing activities and new product releases
  • Plan and execute paid LinkedIn campaigns; analyse and measure how effectively they deliver target prospects into our marketing funnel, and follow through as appropriate
  • Set up and run a customer LinkedIn group from scratch.

In the first six months -

  • Conduct an analysis of data results to date and present your findings with recommendations
  • Provide a thorough review of social media at Scott Bradbury and write a plan detailing your strategies for social media communications for the next six months.

A typical day will include:

Social media posts

  • Meeting with marketing colleagues to agree social media plan
  • Write copy for social media posts on LinkedIn and Twitter (and other channels as agreed)
  • Design graphics for us in regular social media posts (we subscribe to Canva)

Email planning and analysis

  • Meeting with marketing colleagues to agree email plan and to review results

SEO and website design

  • Advise on the use of SEO, website design/content and potential / pitfalls of Google paid advertisements

Data analysis to review results of:

  • Email campaigns - advise on email strategy and planning
  • Social media posts - present conclusions/recommendations
  • Website activity - present conclusions/recommendations
  • LinkedIn ad campaigns - present conclusions/recommendations.

Experience and skills we need you to have

We are primarily looking for you to bring us your skills and experience in B2B digital marketing and success with LinkedIn campaigns. You need to be a confident communicator and able to build rapport and positive relationships with colleagues and customers. What we really value are your analytical skills and love of data analysis. It will be an real asset if you bring a positive, can-do mindset, with an entrepreneurial approach to work. We’d also like to see evidence of your writing skills and how you plan and prioritise your work to optimise marketing opportunities.

How we will reward you

Scott Bradbury provides a supportive and often autonomous working environment, encouraging you to develop your own skills and expand your professional experience. We encourage flexibility in your role - you are not restricted by your job title!

The basic salary is between £23-28k and is reviewed at least annually, based on merit. When the company is performing well, and at the discretion of the owners, we make bonus payments to the whole team.

  • A flexible mix of working from home and from the company’s offices, as desired. (The initial induction period is likely to be predominately, although not exclusively, office-based). We have a great location with parking set in grounds where you can relax and have your lunch (weather permitting!)

Who you will be reporting to and working with

You will report directly to our Managing Director, Catherine de Salvo, and work most closely with our Marketing Manager, Alice Hubbard. As we are a small team, you will have a close working relationship with each member of our team.
