As users of the MS Office Suite, you will give help both installation and support of the various applications. As expected from the job title, other tasks and responsibilities would include (but not limited to):

  • Installing and configuring new endpoint systems using imaging software configuration for network access and software application installation and configuration.
  • Repairing and troubleshooting PC related hardware, software, network issues and printer support.
  • Building software images for laptops and desktops.
  • Maintaining the Unified communication, giving AV and Video Conferencing support for Conference room meetings.
  • Identifying problematic areas and implement strategic solutions.
  • Preserving assets, information security and control structures.
  • Acting as a point of contact to the Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams during system outages.
