Redgate Software is an equal opportunity employer.

At Redgate, we hire continuously, which means we keep recruiting until we find the right person for the role. We tend to evaluate individuals against the role specification rather than comparing them to each other.

It doesn’t hurt to take the chance and apply! Even if we generally look for specific skills, there are certainly other qualities and skills you bring that could make you an ideal fit. Research has shown that this is especially true for women and other marginalized groups who are more likely to apply if they meet 100% of the requirements, compared to men who apply when they meet about 60%. We are an inclusive employer and value diversity in our company. We do not discriminate based on religion, skin color, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability.

Where you work and how often you come to the office depends on the nature of your role, the composition of the team, and the nature of your work. A weekly visit to the office will likely be necessary for most people to support our collaboration culture and enable our teams to do exceptional work, although less frequent visits can also work well. So, if you can safely travel to the office and back in a day, that works well for us
