Finance Systems Project Coordinator [Temporary Cover]

This role will be an important part of a delivery-focused team which will be responsible for the coordination, monitoring and management of various software-based projects and initiatives. You will be required to create and maintain documents, develop project plans to support the Head of Financial Systems and be responsible for the day to day administration activities and process to ensure efficient and effective operation of various systems projects.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or have a Level 6 vocational qualification and also possess some systems projects experience/background. This role will require the ability to build strong working relationships with various teams throughout the University and ensure strong communication and engagement with key stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills are essential.

This role would usually be based at Greenwich House, however the Finance Division is currently trialling hybrid working, with two days a week from Greenwich House. This arrangement is currently temporary.

Temporary cover: This post is fixed-term for 12 months or the return of the post holder, whichever is the earlier.

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic disclosure (criminal records check) check, a health assessment and a security check.
