About the Role:
Residential Services manage a portfolio of owned and leased student residential accommodation, as well as arms-length accommodation provision arrangements with a number of private accommodation providers. The service manages year-round student residential stays, as well as visiting commercial residential bookings, including summer schools. We typically house those that want our accommodation for an academic year and then support all students with sourcing on going private sector accommodation for subsequent years of study.
Liaising with students, staff, landlords and trades people, you’ll manage a portfolio of our managed accommodation, carrying out customer service and tenancy management processes to facilitate the safe and effective provision of our residential accommodation to students and other clients. You’ll also be required to take part in an out-of-hours emergency response rota.
With the appropriate level of experience and demonstrating relevant professional development, you’ll have previous experience in a relevant customer focussed environment. An effective communicator, you’ll be conscientious and have good organisational skills. Knowledge of ISO14001, Data Protection and Health & Safety legislation are essential for this role.
