Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the transition from paper-based to automated HR systems
- Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business growth and employee engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and processes
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives
