Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Engagement: Conduct outbound communications with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and build relationships.
- Lead Nurturing: Address inquiries from prospects, provide relevant information, and develop leads into potential sales opportunities.
- Sales Alignment: Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to understand target markets and personas and align on lead strategy.
- Lead Management: Respond to incoming leads promptly, ensuring they are logged, tracked, and assigned to the appropriate account managers in a timely manner.
- Market Research: Conduct research and prospecting activities to identify potential opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated with accurate lead and prospect information, ensuring a clean and organized database.
- Process Optimization: Identify and address bottlenecks in lead generation and nurturing processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Solution Technical Knowledge: Stay informed about CADFEM’s solutions and industry applications, including product offerings, services and messaging to effectively communicate with prospects.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of prospecting work through reporting and dashboards, contributing to informed decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Entry-level candidates with no or limited inside sales experience are welcome; training and mentoring will be provided.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of inside sales processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on prospecting and engagement metrics.
