Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops focused on stress management, workplace wellness, and productivity enhancement.
- Develop and refine learning materials to ensure they align with the needs of our clients and support long-term behavioural change.
- Facilitate public speaking engagements with confidence, adapting your approach to a range of audiences.
- Provide ongoing support and development to clients through monthly reviews and peer support initiatives.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure training programs are effective, innovative, and continuously improved.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Learning and Development, particularly in training delivery, facilitation, and public speaking.
- Ability to engage and inspire participants, promoting interactive learning and meaningful discussions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others develop and grow.
Desirable:
- NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) coaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
Position: Learning and Development Specialist (Part-Time)
Location: Onsite (Parking provided)
Working Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Salary: Up to £45k FTE (Pro-rata)
