We are seeking an ambitious People Partner to join our team and support our Commercial and Customer Success Divisions.
This is a real partnership in action as our People Partners are truly embedded amongst senior leadership at Redgate. You’ll be working alongside a member of the executive team and their senior managers developing and delivering their people strategy to meet business objectives. You will be encouraged to develop innovative ideas, demonstrating the value HR can bring to people projects in a forward thinking technology environment. As an effective relationship builder, you’ll also be trusted to provide proactive operational advice on all areas of HR including areas like talent management and organisational development as well as proposing creative solutions for people challenges.
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified with experience of working in a Business Partnering model, preferably within the technology industry. You will be credible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated. What’s the package?
- A great benefits package
- £55,000 – £65,000 per annum, depending upon experience
- You’ll work about 40 hours a week, with flexible work time
