Due to expansion our client is looking to recruit someone to join their team as a Property Manager in a supportive and inclusive environment where you can use your skills to make a big difference and add value.  If you are an experienced Lettings / Property Manager looking for something new and enjoy responsibility and running a portfolio of properties, this job could be a good fit for you?

As the Property Manager, some of your tasks will include:

  • Overseeing and managing a portfolio
  • Overseeing and managing a portfolio of properties
  • Managing proactive and reactive maintenance on properties and dealing with third parties
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Working in a team
  • Organising contract renewals
