EY is pleased to announce the official launch of Entrepreneur Of The Year 2015, a programme considered the world's most prestigious business award that celebrates the region’s most dynamic entrepreneurs.
The search is on for EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year 2015
EY is calling for nominations from business leaders across Cambridge and the East, who have demonstrated entrepreneurial flair whilst growing or turning around the fortunes of their organisation in the UK or overseas.
Entries are now open until 6 March 2015, with finalists announced in April. The programme starts at a regional level. Regional winners then progress to the UK finals, and the overall UK winner goes on to compete for the title of World Entrepreneur Of The Year in Monte Carlo next year.
Now in its 29th year globally and 17th in the UK, EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year programme recognises the passion and drive behind entrepreneurial businesses whether private or listed, socially orientated, family-owned or private equity backed, across all commercial and industrial sectors. The awards are now held in more than 145 cities in over 60 countries worldwide.
Cathy Taylor, senior partner at EY in Cambridge, said: “Cambridge has a vibrant and thriving entrepreneurial culture. We’re passionate about helping entrepreneurs – who are continuing to invest in their businesses and making an impact in the region – grow their operations, both in the UK and overseas.
“EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year programme celebrates the success of these businesses, their positive impact and the impressive entrepreneurial spirit.”
Stuart Watson, EY Leader of the Entrepreneur Of The Year programme said: “Through EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year programme we are committed to identifying and supporting the business leaders of tomorrow. We are now once again on the search for the best and brightest entrepreneurial talent in 2015. We provide them with the right network and support – both crucial to help them dominate in their markets and grow.”
How to enter: Do you know someone who is making an impact, inspiring others with their vision, leadership and achievement? Then why not nominate them?
Entries close on 6 March 2015.
