Astia works with companies within the innovation sectors of high technology, life sciences, and clean technology as they access capital and growth their global businesses.

“Astia is the place for women-led, high-growth companies that are seeking the network they need – regardless of the stage of the company” stated Sharon Vosmek, CEO of Astia. 

“Collectively, Astia companies have raised more than $1 billion dollars and achieved 22 exits, including two IPOs.  We’re looking for exceptional entrepreneurs who think big, have an innovative business in a high-growth industry, and know how to leverage a network.”

Entrepreneurs who qualify to join Astia receive year-round, global, programming which includes customized advisor matching, leadership development, investor connections, and a strong peer-to-peer network.  The programmes are delivered through the Astia network, which includes more than 300 investors, 300 serial entrepreneurs and 800 industry leaders.

Astia's Entrepreneur Program is about delivering results at all stages of growth and in every aspect of an entrepreneur’s business; from initial funding, key leadership skill development, and the path to exit.  Throughout the programme, entrepreneurs will cultivate invaluable relationships with key players, receive straight talk from leading experts and work one-on-one with advisors to incorporate these strategies into a successful business.
