Telechips partners with RealVNC® to enable MirrorLink™ solution for TCC893x-i and TCC897x SoC


Telechips to use VNC® Automotive technology on the new TCC893x-i and TCC897x-i SoC processors.

Telechips Inc., a leading Korean semiconductor company, and RealVNC, the global provider of VNC® remote access technology and premier MirrorLink™ supplier, today announced that Telechips will be leveraging MirrorLink™ technology and VNC Enhanced mode as part of its new System on Chip (SoC).
The TCC893x-i and TCC897x-i are Telechips' latest SoC processors. Both SoC offer a powerful multimedia solution, combining low power consumption with optimized performance and will run on Android™ and Linux™ operating systems. VNC Automotive is fully MirrorLink Certified™, and offers OEMs using Telechips SoC processor a high quality and robust solution which will allow drivers to access content and applications from their mobile devices via the car display audio unit.
