Agency stays busy with events planning

Jo Riches Ltd is currently organising some super events for its clients, including a 21st birthday celebration in Kent, a one-day conference in London, a number of staff summer parties and - crazy as it may sound – it is already buying Christmas crackers for clients’ Christmas parties in December! Always best to get these booked up early, and the agency is encouraging its clients to start thinking ahead to save the headaches later on. Well, the organisational ones anyway...

The marketing, events and PR agency writes:"I wanted to share one of our recent projects with you: a really fun Summer Staff Party!

"Cambridge was the beautiful setting for our client’s annual summer party on Sunday 15th July 2012.

"Staff and their families turned out in force to enjoy a spectacular afternoon of fun and entertainment. The weather was always going to be a challenge but with the live band, games and activities and plenty of good food for all, who needs the sun? It did do its best to break through, and at least the rain stayed away.

"We arranged an inflatable bouncy castle, face painter, children’s Punch and Judy show, giant jenga, hook a duck, cork shooting, tin can alley and much more.  All were a huge hit on the day as there were lots of exciting activities for everyone.

"We received a lovely thank you:

'Thanks for all the effort you put into bringing off the Summer event on Sunday, it was great.  We really enjoyed it and I think the same could be said for everyone else.  Who would have thought that Jumbo Jenga would be such fun!'

"A fantastic afternoon full of laughter, many happy children (young and old!) plus great food and entertainment, which was enjoyed by all who attended.

"Thank you to all our suppliers who helped Jo Riches Ltd organise yet another successful corporate party."
