Our recently published article in the Association of Coaching magazine - Coaching Perspectives - is an attempt to lay out a conceptual framework that shows how to apply design thinking principles and methodology to the complex challenge of developing a coaching culture in an organisation.
We suggest design thinking offers many complementary qualities and characteristics that resonate with coaching, such as the need to co-create, collaborate, engage and empathise to name just a few.
We are looking for organisations who would like to take these ideas forward in a practical and outcome-led way.
