Andrew Moore, Finance & Operations Partner at Bailey Fisher was engaged to manage the search for a Finance Director for Grapeshot, resulting in the appointment of Mark Ashworth.
Mark Ashworth qualified with PwC and worked in the corporate finance team focusing on technology transactions in the Cambridge area before moving to Domino Printing and more latterly Germains Seed Technology, a subsidiary of FTSE 50 company, ABF plc. Mark is a strategic and commercial Finance Director with broad international business knowledge and significant experience in high-growth technology businesses and in leading change. He has created and developed strong control and reporting environments throughout his career, underpinned by excellent technical knowledge.
