BDB Pitmans secures additional office space at Cambridge Research Park for Inotec AMD Limited

The BDB Pitmans real estate team has acted for Inotec AMD Limited, a developer of oxygen wound therapy, on the grant of additional office space at Cambridge Research Park from the institutional pension fund Royal London Mutual Insurance Society Limited.

The lease was completed in early August 2020 and takes Inotec’s total footprint to 5,600 square foot at Cambridge Research Park. XLB Property manages Cambridge Research Park on behalf of Royal London Asset Management. Cambridge Research Park is a business community set in acres of landscaped grounds and part of the Cambridge Compass Local Enterprise Zone.

The BDB Pitmans real estate team advising on the Inotec AMD lease was led by Simon Burson who was assisted by solicitor Jessica Chadwick. James Stephen is the client partner for Inotec AMD Limited.

James Stephen comments:  “We are delighted to have helped Cambridge client Inotec AMD Limited to secure further space at Cambridge Research Park and we wish them every success as they move forward in their enlarged premises.  This is yet another example of how our Cambridge team can support local technology companies as they grow and develop.”
