East Anglian law firm, Birketts, is experiencing phenomenal growth and success – recently reporting a 17 per cent rise in annual turnover to a record £49.5m. The firm is now investing further in client relationship management - signing a firm-wide deal with client lifecycle management specialist, OnePlace.
The cloud based platform will be rolled out across all four locations at the top 100 law firm at the end of 2019 following a project led and managed by OnePlace. It will support business development strategy and deliver critical insights into the firm’s client relationships, eliminating the existence of data silos and consolidating information in a central location. The improved visibility and new client insights will enable the firm to deliver a superior client experience and to focus on the most effective business development initiatives.
OnePlace stood out very early in the selection process thanks to integration capabilities that will allow and enable the creation of a single and holistic view of each Birketts client.
As the chosen implementation partner OnePlace will provide project management, data migration and all design configuration. The implementation features extensive integrations with other applications including the firm’s practice management and marketing campaign systems and also those used for document and pitch management. Mobile functionality will give lawyers access to business critical information when on the move.
Janet Rudge, Director of Client Services at Birketts (pictured) said, “A key attraction for us is ease of use – we are confident everyone across the firm will benefit from day one. We plan to use our new CRM system to better understand our valuable client relationships in order to further improve client service and continue to grow our business in strategic areas.”
OnePlace CEO, Tim Smith commented, “Birketts is growing year on year and we’re excited to have been chosen as they move their CRM approach up a gear. OnePlace will give them an accurate, structured picture of their key clients to help them deliver even better client service and business development outcomes.”
