Daden is Secretary of IAG, and Nick is a former Chairman. Both have been involved in the organisation, and the firm’s international work, for many years.
Daden returned to the office this week after a short, but productive, trip to IAG’s first Asia-Pacific regional meeting in Singapore, at which a number of prospective members from the region attended.
Nick Burnett is a co-convener of a key sub group of IAG, the International Business Transaction Group and will be chairing a meeting of that group in Salzburg alongside fellow co-convener, John Ridgway, a partner in the prominent Australian law firm Rockwell Olivier. The subject for discussion in the IBTG will be legal trends in data protection, particularly EU proposals for tightening of data protection regulation, including the “right to remove” personal data.
