Kali (pictured left) has extensive experience acting for both private and public sector clients on a wide range of planning, infrastructure and highway law matters, with a particular emphasis on large scale mixed-use and residential developments. Over the years Kali has advised many local and national housebuilders and has built up a strong national reputation in that sector.
Ros (right) is experienced in advising developers and landowners on a wide range of planning matters, including the pre-application review of planning applications, drafting section 106 and 278 agreements, planning appeals and advising on judicial review. She also has extensive experience advising clients on compulsory purchase and highways law.
