Birketts secures international exit for healthcare specialist

Headquartered in Bishop's Stortford, Medisafe manufacturers its product range in the UK, with international sales to over 70 countries worldwide.
 
Birketts advised Medisafe's shareholders on all legal matters with Adrian Seagers (pictured) leading the team. Assistance on the deal was provided by Corinne Spencer (Corporate), Selina Chan (Corporate) and Karl Pocock (Tax).
