We were fortunate enough to work with Fovea Communications who guided us through the process and the feedback internally and from the marketplace has been very positive.”
He continued: “Professional services firms are often seen as out of touch with the world of social media. However, we have seen substantial growth in the level of engagement on both LinkedIn and Twitter during the last financial year. Our followers on LinkedIn increased by 35 per cent and on Twitter by 38 per cent during this period. A number of dedicated LinkedIn groups and Twitter accounts were also set up to promote core service lines and increase social interaction and internal guides have been written and shared throughout the firm to build stronger social communities. As a consequence we saw our Social Authority score double.”
