Naomi qualified into the planning and environment team in October 2013 having undertaken three property related seats during her training. Brought up in Essex and a Cambridge graduate, Naomi is very familiar with the eastern region.
Naomi assists in all aspects of town and country planning law, and has gained experience in acting for a range of clients in respect of the application process, section 106 obligations and planning appeals.
Commenting on her appointment, Naomi said: “The planning team has a terrific reputation among developers, land owners and local planning authorities. It’s great to be a part of such a well-respected team and I’m looking forward to developing its strong reputation in Cambridge further.”
Chloe joined Birketts in September 2012 as a trainee solicitor. She has over ten years’ planning experience having previously worked as a planner both at a local District Council and a London Borough. Chloe has a Masters in Town Planning and is currently working towards becoming a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Chloe has particular expertise in contentious planning including enforcement matters and has experience and an interest in the law relating to listed buildings and other heritage assets.
